Non Flop Scones
3 cups flour,
1 cup icing sugar,
¼ 1b butter,
6 teaspoon baking powder,
1 egg and 1 cup sour milk..
Mix together flour icing sugar butter and baking powder.. add egg with sour milk and some egg yellow mix together.. Make dough with egg and sour milk mixture..roll and cut into desired shapes that's 2cm thick.. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven 220 degrees for 5 minutes den lower oven temperature to 180 degrees. Bake 4 15 to 20 minutes.enjoy
