Pepper chicken served with baked patatoes

Ingredients
1 chicken disjointed
Lemon pepper
White pepper
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Salt
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon sour cream
Robertsons chicken spice
Robertson crushed garlic
1 tablespoon Amina's portuguese Marinate sauce
Marinate chicken in the above
 In a pot put ghee (Clarified butter) ,finely chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped colour peppers, 1 green  chillie saute a bit then add marinated  


For the patatoes
Microwave/boil  with salt for about 15 minutes
Then slice patatoes in thick slices top with melted garlic butter,mixed veg (give mixed veg a quick steam with salt and pepper )dollop of sour cream and mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180 degrees till cheese melts and patatoes are well cooked
