RECIPE
1 ½ kg chicken skin onMarinate with1 tablespoon ginger garlic ¼ teaspoon red powder colouring 1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon red chilli powder 1 box shan tandoori masala¾ cup double cream yoghurtDrizzle of oil
Heat a piece of charcoal and smoke the chicken.Place into an air fryer skin side down.Air fry for 15 mjnThen turn over.Air fry for a further 20 minutes.
Leftover marinade mix with melted butter and baste chicken pieces.Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve with hot roti/naanSalad, dhai., lemon
