INGREDIENTS
Baked Beans Cheese Toasties

Ingredients:•1 can Koo baked beans•1 onion finely chopped•1 stick taj (cinnamon)•Oil•1 teaspoon chilli powder• ½ teaspoon dhana powder• ½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder•¼ teaspoon turmeric powder•½ teaspoon salt•2 grated tomatoes•sliced white bread•chopped spring onions + dried herbs•grated gouda cheese
METHOD
1. Toast bread till crispy.2. Braise onion in oil with taj. 3. Add in spices and braise till fragrant.4. Pour in tomatoes, cook till liquid is halfway reduced.5. Add in beans and cook till sauce has thickened.6. Spoon onto toasts.7. Sprinkle cheese over.8 Garnish with dried mixed herbs and spring onions.9. Bake in oven till cheese is melted.10. Serve immediately whilst cheese melted & bread is crisp.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
Note: If you'd like, add in cooked diced polony.
