Ingredients: •1 can Koo baked beans •1 onion finely chopped •1 stick taj (cinnamon) •Oil •1 teaspoon chilli powder •1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder •¼ teaspoon turmeric powder •½ teaspoon salt •2 grated tomatoes •sliced white bread •chopped spring onions + dried herbs •grated gouda cheese
Toast bread till crispy. Braise onion in oil with taj. Add in tomatoes and spices and cook till bubbles. Add in beans and cook till sauce has thickened. Spoon onto toasts. Sprinkle cheese. Garnish with dried herbs and spring onions. Bake in oven till cheese is melted. Serve hot.
