INGREDIENTS

Leg roast1 lamb leg 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon hyder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 2 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chilllies 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon lemon pepper ¼ cup lemon juice 1 tableespoon worcester sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablepsoon steers peri peri 2 tablespoon tomato pureeghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Marinate make ghee (Clarified butter) hot wit whole red and green chilllies add marinate and cook for 2-3 hrs serve with roast potatoes
Recipe credit :unknownFor the sauce I used¼ cup apricot jam¼ cup mayo¼ cup vinegar2 cups tomato sauce¼ cup chillie sauce¼ cup worster sauce1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon fine red chillies.Boil and pour over cooked leg roast. I don't add all the tomato sauce.Because it gets to red and it overpowers the taste and I omitted jam and added ¼ cup Maggie sweet chillie sauce
