RECIPE
2 ¼ cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
mix the above together & mk a well in the centre& add:
½ cup oil
¾ cup orange juice
5 egg yolks
1 tablespoon orange rind
then beat until smooth
beat egg whites with ½ teaspoon cream of tarter until stiff.then fold into above mixture.pour into tube pan & bake on slow heat for 45min-1 hour.wen cool ice with orange glace icing
