INGREDIENTS
Tea time cake
125g magrine
¾ cup castor sugar
2 eggs
½ cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon caramel ess
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Pre heat oven 180
Cream nutter and sugar
Add eggs in one @ time
In a cup beat the buttermilk and ess
Sift flour and baking powder
Add gradually with butter milk
Pour in desired pans and bake. For tinkies ± 10 to 12 minutes if putting in round big pans ±20 minutes
Cream cheese topping
cream together: 100g softened butter, 125g softened cream cheese, 500ml icing sugar, 5ml vanilla essence and a little milk if needed.
Spread over cake. Smoothen out some caramel treat. Add little milk & mix. Deco as desired
