1 cup fresh cream
3 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 cups cake flour
1 tablespoon corn flour for sprinkle
2 tablespoon sesame seeds sprinkle
Mix cream & sugar.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Make a firm dough.
Roll out dough 3mm thick. Sprinkle corn flour & fold dough like pastry or fold in half & again fold in half.
Roll out dough again 5mm thick.
Cut in pencil thin strips.
Brush with beaten egg & sprinkle sesame seed.
Place 2cm apart on baking tray & bake @ 160c for 8-10 minutes until light brown.
Switch off oven & leave biscuits 2 toast.
