INGREDIENTS
1 kilo chicken mince
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon ground green chili
1 teaspoon whole jeera
1 teaspoon ginger
salt
onions finely chopped and water squeezed out ( approx 3 to 4 )
½ bunch chopped dhania (coriander)
½ cup fine mint - optinal
½ cup chopped spring onion
METHOD
add some oil and butter to a pot add the ginger , garlic and green chili , braise on low until you get smell . add 1 finely chopped onion andwhole jeera and braise until soft now add the minces and mix and loosen mince . add rough salt and cook on low . let all the water dry out , allow to cook , add dhania (coriander) , spring onion , mint and the remaining onions ( make sure you press out the water ) give it a mix
INFO & TIPS
you can add 1/4 tsp garam masala if you like .
you can also add 1 tbsp red chili paste while braising .
