Greek Teragon Pies
3 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
250ml sour cream
Mix together flour and salt. Rub in butter. Then add sour cream and knead into a smooth dough.
1kg cubed chicken
Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) until done.

Add half cup milk ,1/4cup steers garlic sauce, nando wild herbs sauce, nandos peri peri and some sweet chilli sauce. Add sauce to chicken and one cup grated cheese. Chop in dhania (coriander).
Roll out dough like round small puris fold like triangle and paste brush with egg sprinkle tal (sesame seeds) and rough red chilli/paprika and parsley and then bake.
I just used a pie cutter and I only sprinkled dried parsley.
Teragon can be frozen raw or baked and frozen.
