INGREDIENTS
1kg prawns,cleane,deveined and butterflied,placed on tray(not overflapping) sprinkle salt over and set aside
Marinade:
In a bowl add:
½ bottle of Spillers peri peri oil(get at picknpay or spar)
1 teaspoon fine red chillies
Juice of half lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
METHOD
Mix well,dip each prawn and replace on tray,drizzle garlic butter over prawns and grill till done for 5 minutes or wen shell loosens,do NOT over grill and prawn should be close to grill
INFO & TIPS
Serve with garlic bread,chips and greek salad.
