INGREDIENTS
Approximately 35 to 40 prawns washed ,cleaned and butterflied 1 tablespoon garlic 1 freshly squeezed lemon 1 teaspoon calistos preo spice / any Portuguese spice salt
Melted butter
Sauce:100g butter ½ cup calistos mild sauce ½ cup calistos meduim peri 1 cup fresh cream ¼ to ½ lemon freshly squeezedlittle water Heat this up in a pot
METHOD
In a bowl add the garlic , lemon juice ,spice and salt mix this , add the prawns allow to marinade.Make the braai (bbq) stand ready Use the metal grid , makes it easy to place prawns and turn over altogether .The fire needs to be meduim heat.Baste each prawn with butter and place on the grid braai (bbq) only until the prawn looks pink ,using the basting brush baste sauce on the prawns . do not over cook Remove place in bain marie or a platter pour the sauce over .OR you can add Peri oil and Butter to a large pot meat side down with the spices on it cook for about 10 minutes or until done , make the sauce and pour to it Leave some aside for whoever wants more to pour over.

place 1 prawn first and see if fire isnt that hot .
