RECIPE
Lemon and coconut tinkies

125 gram butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 ¾ cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon lemon essence
1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice
¾ cup milk
Drop of green colouring
Lemon zest (optional )
METHOD;
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy add in eggs,essence and beat,add dry ingredients and mix well to form smooth batter lastly and green colouring and mix slighty
Bake in greased tinkie pan @ 180 for 15 to 20 minutes til
Skewer comes out clean.
Cream cheese icing
1 tub cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon lemon essence
Drop of green colour
Mix together then nozzle as desired
Decorate with toasted coconut or as desired
INFO & TIPS
U can add more lemon juice and lemon essence according to your taste
