RECIPE
I used the arabic dough for rolls
1 kg minute steak
1 table spoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon garlic
1level teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon huldi
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
2 tablespoon worcestor sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoon crystals sandwich man peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce and
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
Method
make ghee (Clarified butter) hot
add garlic and masalas
braise for 2 minutes
then add stripped steak
add 2 tablespoon worcester sauce and 2 tab lemon juice cook for 20mins when water burnt out
add 1 onion chopped 1 green pepper chopped and stir fry for 2 minutes
add the sauces mix well and cook til well blended.
INFO & TIPS
Any fillings of choice will do.
