500g chicken fillet minced
1 teaspoon of the following 
Dhana 
Jeeru (Cumin)
Black pepper
Salt
Green chilli crushed or red for spicy 
Ginger
Garlic
Adjust according to taste
Fry a red pepper in 2 tablespoon vegetable  oil cook until skin can be peeled off and then cool and peel, dice finely
Add 
¼ cup yoghurt
¼ cup cornflour
Handful dhania (coriander) fresh
Mix altogether and allow to stand for an hour in the fridge. I left it overnight, wet your hands and grab mixture and roll onto skewers and fry on griddle and serve with chips and salad.
