INGREDIENTS
bunch chopped spinach wash & dried
500g chicken fillet
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 onion chopped
2 teaspoon crushed green chilies
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon green masala
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 ½ teaspoon Dana jeera powder
1 teaspoon inapaarmans garlic & herb spice
1 teaspoon inapaarmans rosemary & olive spice
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
½ cup frozen sweet corn
½ cup fresh cream
crumbled feta cheese
METHOD
heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot . add onions & some jeera seeds . braise til golden brown .
Add chicken & all the spices.
cook until water dried up .
Add the spinach & cook until done. Add the fresh cream & cook till fairly dry.
Remove from stove allow to cool
Crumble feta over & fill pstry.
This filling can be used for calzones,pies,buns etc .
