INGREDIENTS
Scrambled Eggs
Spinach cut/shredded
Mushrooms sliced
Butter
Chopped Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Robertsons Mixed herbs
Parmesan
Feta
Wholewheat Wraps
METHOD
To make spinach:
Add 2 tablespoon butter to pan and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, fry then and add cut spinach. Season with salt and black pepper. Saute till done. Add Parmesan
To make mushrooms:
Add 2 tablespoon butter to pan, melt butter and add sliced mushrooms. Mushrooms will cook in its own water. Season with Robertson Mixed Herbs. Sauté till done
Make scrambled eggs. I add BBQ spice to it.
Heat wraps in microwave.
Assemble on wrap: spinach and mushroom, egg, add crumbled feta and fold wrap
You may add your own sauce inside wrap too.
