INGREDIENTS
Recipe Credit to my Aunt Dolly Vandayar ( Stanger )
250 g butter.
1⁄2 cup icing sugar(Sifted)
1 1⁄2 cups flour ( Sifted )
1⁄2 cup Cornflour/ maizena (corn flour)
1 Cup Crushed Cornflakes
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar until Pale and Creamy
Add sifted flour, Icing Sugar and Cornflour. Mix well.
Make small balls, Roll into crushed corflakes, Flatten Slightly
and place on Greased Baking tray
Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes or till light brown
Serve with Hot 5 Rose Tea and a Host of Good Friends. Enjoy!
