INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince
1 tablespoon green chilli
1 onion grated
4 tablespoon oil
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic
Left over samoosa pur
METHOD
Mix everything together and shape into finger like kebabs. Bake in
oven at 180˚ for 10 – 15 minutes until it is firm but not brown.
Cool
Cut left over samoosa pur into strips. Lay them out, dip each kebab
into a thin lai then lay on samoosa pur. Roll it so that its
