1 cup cooked samoosa mince
3 potatoes boil till soft
Mash and add a small piece of butter
Salt and pepper
Little green chutney
Chopped dhania (coriander)
Pat mash in palm,place mince over and place more mash over
Shape like a cutlet
Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and shallow fry
