INGREDIENTS
2 cups castor sugar
2 cups cake flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
6 eggs
¾ cup fish oil
200 ml boiling water
10 ml vanilla essence
Filling
Caramel and cream
Finish it off by Sieving icing sugar on top
METHOD
Beat castor sugar and oil together until creamy , add one egg at a time .
Sieve flour and baking powder into the liquid mixture and combine .
last add the boiling water with vanilla essence and mix .
spoon into muffin tins and bake on 180 deg . for +- 20 minutes
