INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince
1 onion grated
¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
few pepper corns, Elachi (cardomom),taj
1 teaspoon mix masala mor for strongr
1 teaspoon Dana powder
1 teaspoon Jeera powder
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic masala
3 grated tomatoes
½ cup frozen peas or chopped
curry leaves
chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) Add onion,jeera,peppercorns, taj braise til golden brown .Add in tomatoes, peas & spices. Cook until water has dried out & oil comes to surface. Put in mince & Curry leaves. Allow to cook through turning mince only once. Don't stir to much . Mince should be whole pieces not fine. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) . Serve with rice or roti.

Nb. Chopped methi bhaji can be added when cooking the tomatoes . Omit curry leaves
