INGREDIENTS
5 cups oats
2 cups butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 eggs
4 cups flour
2 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
680 g chocolate chips
500 g Grated Cadbury chocolate
3 cups chopped nuts (optional)
METHOD
Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
Cream the butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour, oats, salt, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda.
Add chocolate chips, grated Chocolate and nuts (optional).
Roll or scoop into balls, and place about 4cm apart on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
