Chocolate Cake

RECIPE

3 eggs1 cup castor sugar ¼ cup cocoa ½ cup boiling water 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup oil 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup flour Mix cocoa and water together and leave aside to coolWhisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffyAdd in your oilAdd vanilla essence to your cocoa mixture and alternate into batter with flour and baking powder. Grease 3 round cake pans and equally distribute the batter I doubled this recipe for this cake Bake at 180 for about 30 minutesChocolate icing 250g butter300g icing sugar -sifted2 tablespoon milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 slabs Lindt chocolate-milk1 slab Lindt chocolate - darkMelt chocolate and set aside to cool.Beat butter and icing sugar together till light and creamyAdd in your melted chocolate and beat till combined Add in your milk and vanilla essence and mix well.Decorate cake as desired
