¾ packet penne
350g chciken fillet in small cubes1 onionOil 1 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon portugese spice2 level teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt2 tomatoes liquidized 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper-frozen1 cup milk2 teaspoon mazina1 fresh creamBlack pepperSugar2 green chilliesSprinkle of Gouda
METHOD
Boil pasta in boiling water, olive oil and salt. I used Woolworths penne. Put pasta to boil as u start to cook.
Braise onion in oil till translucent. Add chicken, garlic, salt and spices. Cook for a few minutes. Liquidize tomatoes and chillies.Add tomatoes, sugar and green pepper.When done add butter. Make a mix of milk and mazina, add to the pot and cook till thick. Add fresh cream and cheese till it bubbles. Add the pasta and about 1dishing spoon of pasta water. Mix and serve immediately.
