2 tablespoon caster sugar.
200g milk chocolate melted.
1 ⅓ cups cream.
90g dark chocolate finely chopped.
Place eggs and sugar in a bowl. Stand overpan of simmering water. Beat or whisk until it's fluffy, pade and increase in volume.
Add milk chocolate, mix well. Remove from heat and cool.
Using electric beaters, beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold into egg mixture.
Add dark chocolate, mix well. Pour into metal tray and freeze for 4-5 hours till firm.
Add chocolate spinkles. Enjoy.

you can use those colored sprinkles also. its preferable to use chocolate sprinkles anyway.
