INGREDIENTS
potatoes cubed, onion cubed, chillies
diced, samoosa pur, black tamarind,
chillie powder, Rye (black seed) seeds, coriander
salt to taste
METHOD
Fry the samoosa pur, potatoes and
onions all separately. In a bowl crush
the samoosa pur. After potatoes are
fried, sprinkle some chilli powder over
and toss. Layer the pur, potato and
onions finishing with onion on the
top. to make the sauce: soak Black
Tamarind in boiling water and then
sqeeze out all the juice. add some
salt if necessary, chilli powder and
coriander.
drizzle ½ of the sauce over potato
mix and before serving drizzle over
each serving
