INGREDIENTS
Dough
1 cup flour + 1 teaspoon bakin powder
Add in 1½ tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
Make bread crumbs
Slightly more than ½ cup yoghurt to make a soft dough
Syrup:
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon lemon juice
METHOD
Roll dough slightly thicker than rotis -cut into shapes or rounds fry in med hot oil. Spoon oil over the dhai waras to blow up. Turn over & when gold
Boil syrup till slightly thick then add lemon juice. Dip dhai waras and roll in dedicated coconut
