1. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Sift dry ingredients and gently fold into mixture with water and oil.
3. Turn into 2 lined greased 20 cm cake tins and bake at 180 °c for 15-20 minutues.
4. For icing beat all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Sandwich and top cake with icing.
5. Decorate as desired
