RECIPE
125g Butter2 tablespoon Oil (Optional)1 Cup Castor SugarBeat mix well till smoothNow add Vanilla Essence Add 2 Eggs ( Beat One Egg at a time) Now Add ¾ Cup Milk Beat mix Well
In a Seperate Dish Add +- 1 & ½ Cups of SIFTED Flour And Mix to the Flour 2 teaspoon Baking Powder (LEAVE OUT IF YOU USING SELF RAISING FLOUR)
Add
Gradually the Flour to the liquid mixture whilst BeatingOnce done Seperate the Batter into 2 Bowls Use FOOD COLOUR OF YOUR CHOICEPour into a well Greased baking Tray MIX WITH FORK TO GET A RAINBOW EFFECTBake for +- 20-25 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean when poked Allow to Cool completely.
FOR THE FROSTINGUSE 80 g Soft ButterLittle vanilla Drop of Rose Essence Pinch of powdered Elachi (cardomom)3Tblsp Klim+-1 Cup Sifted Icing Sugar Beat well with an electric beaterNow add little Milk at a time to get the consistency you preferSmear over the cake Decorate with Sprinkles Or Coloured Almonds Enjoy
