INGREDIENTS
2 cups rice (boiled with arad (Turmeric))
1-2 can tuna drain
1 onion grated (remove water)
1 green chillie pounded with jeeru (cumin) and few garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
5 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/oil
2 TB aminas fish and prawn masala
2 tb Sour milk
1tb lemon juice
1tb breyani mix
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry dhana jeeru (cumin) powder
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1tb tomato puree
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
curry leaves chopped and dhania (coriander) chopped
3 tomatoes (grated)
3 potatoes ( cubed in big pieces and fried)
Frozen mixed veggies parboiled
METHOD
Make onion vagaar with Jeeru (Cumin) and oil, add pounded green chillie and garlic mix. add tomatoes with all spices including sour milk and lemon juice and puree and cook till done and thick, add tuna and stir gently so as not to break fish. Put some rice in a pot add tuna mixture with potatoes ,veggies and top with remaining rice, add water and steam. Serve with salads.
