INGREDIENTS
500 g cooked chicken (cook in green masala or however you prefer)
Finely chopped onion
Grated marrow
Beat 1 c milk,2 eggs, 3 TB flour. Season with black pepper,mustard powder or as you prefer.
METHOD
Into a greased pie dish sprinkle your veggies. Beat milk eggs and flour season as desired and pour over.
Pour over the quiche and sprinkle with 1 c grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30 minutes or until set and golden brown.
INFO & TIPS
For this quiche you can use any combination of filling:
Cooked mince
Can tuna
Grated carrot,sliced tomatoes,frozen veggies
Can asparagus,crumbled feta. and steamed spinach
Great for using left overs!
