INGREDIENTS
2 carrots grated
2 huge spoons Sojee (semolina flour)
2 cups milk
2 eggs
½ teaspoon egg yellow
½ cup sugar
ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
In a pot heat ghee (Clarified butter) and melt, add 2 whole elachistory and a cinnamon stick. Now add grated carrots and Sojee (semolina flour) and allow to cook till done. Then add sugar and cook a bit more. In a bowl whiskey rest of ingredients and allow to cook. Keep stirring until late thick. Decorate with coloured almonds.
