INGREDIENTS
500 g nespray
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
½ tin of small nestle cream
Magimix the above
500 ml fresh cream
½ tin of small nestle cream
100 g butter
Cook on low for 1 hour. Mixture must be thick(It will halve in size)
SYRUP:
1 cup water-tap
1 ¾ cup sugar
Cook till sticky(20-30mins do not rush)
Add 1 or 2 drops of rose essence
METHOD
Mix the syrup and cream together in a pot and give it a quick boil. Remove from heat then mix in nespray mixture. Leave overnight. Scoop out into balls. Decorate with slivered, coloured almonds
