3⁄4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ¼ cups flour
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
Make soft dough,divide into 5 balls,roll into rotis and bake at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes each.Be careful it mustn't break.
5 tblspn custard powder
1 litre milk
1 cup sugar
Colouring acc to preference
Boil milk and sugar to a light boil.Make a paste with custard powder and milk.Add to milk and whisk until you get a smooth thick custard.Divide and colour.
Stack as:one roti,cover with custard,top with another roti and continue this process.Finally top with custard and sprinkle crushed roti over.
Preferable leave overnyt or 24 hours before serving.Jazakallah🌷
