Brownie Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

170g butter at room temperature
250g brown moist sugar
130g white sugar
2 eggs
270g snowflake cake flour
30g cocoa
2 pinch salt
5ml bicarbonate of soda
8ml vanilla essence
120g chopped nuts
150g smarties(halved)/choc chips

METHOD

mix butter and sugar with wooden spoon.
add egg and vanilla essence.
sift dry ingredients and add together
with chopped nuts and smarties.
make round balls and drop on a greased
baking tray. space out the balls as
they flatten when baking.
bake at 190'C for 10-12 minutes.
