Ingredients: 500g choc golden cloud muffin mix 2 xl eggs 150 ml oil 200ml water
Filling: 3 cups desiccated coconut 1 tin condensed milk
Ganache: 2 slabs dairy milk choc 1 big tin dessert cream
1. Mix batter for cake until smooth. 2. Spoon batter till ⅓ full. 3. Mix coconut and condensed mulk and spoon in 1 half tablespoon. 4. Spoon more batter till cupcake case is ¾ full. 5. Bake for 15min at 180 deg 6. Warm choc and cream, mix well and pour over cupcakes.
