125gr butter ¾ cup milk 3 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 cup sugar 1 ½ cup self-raising flour
Melt butter and milk. Leave to cool. Beat eggs and vanilla, gradually adding the sugar. Beat well. Alternate flour and milk until mixture is smooth. Pour into pans or cupcake trays. For cakes: bake for 30 minutes and cupcakes: bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
