INGREDIENTS
1&¾ cups Flour2 cups Castor sugar ¾ cup Cocoa1&½ teaspoon Baking powder1&½ teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda1 teaspoon Salt2 Eggs1 cup Milk½ cup Oil2 teaspoon Vanilla essence1 cup boiling Water
Chocolate Buttercream Icing:120 gr Butter3 cups Icing sugar 2/3 Cocoa⅓ cup of Milk
METHOD
Sift flour, Cocoa, baking powder, Bicarb and salt into the standing mixer bowl.Whisk in the sugar. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Mix well to combine.Bake on 180 degrees till done.Once done turn over and leave to cool. Once cooled, spread the icing over and decorate as desired. ( I sprinkled coloured badaam on the top)
Icing: Cream the butter and sugar. Add the milk and cocoa. Mix well.

NB. This batter come out very thin.
