INGREDIENTS
1 cup Spinach1 cup cream style sweet corn8 whole green chillies2 eggs1 onion, chopped ½ cup milk½ cup mealie meal½ cup cake flour½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) [turmeric]2 ½ teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground jeeroo [cumin]½ cup oil1 tablespoon freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Wash and chop Spinach leaves, drain well.Blend the corn, chillies, eggs, onion and the milk together in an electric jug.Empty into a dish.Sift the dry ingredients into the corn mixture. Mix well.Lightly stir in the spinach, oil and dhania (coriander).Pour into a greased ovenproof dishBake on 180 for about an hour or until doneEnjoy :)
