½ cup chopped Frozen mixed vegetables, OR ½ cup chopped Peppers and onions
1-2 Tablespoon Butter
Salt and Pepper to season
¼ teaspoon Mixed Dried Herbs or Italian Dried Herbs ( or any variety you prefer)
1-2 Cups of Cooked Rice (Tinted yellow with Turmeric Powder/Cinnamon Sticks and Cardamom Pods)
* Steam the frozen Vegetables with a little water, and add the butter, Seasonings and dried herbs.
* Add the cooked rice and mix through well, at this stage you can add a dash of rice seasoning(optional).
* For fresh vegetables; like onion and Peppers, start with Butter and Sauté quickly before following as mentioned above.
