2 cups rice Cinnamon sticks 1 heaped teaspoon tumeric salt 1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon spice for rice 1 heaped teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 cup mixed vegetables sweet chilli sauce
Bring water to boil . Add cinnamon sticks; tumeric and salt. Boil rice till done and strain. In same pot heat some ghee (Clarified butter) add in Aromat (a South African Spice); ginger garlic masala and spice for rice. Add in mixed vegetables and cook a bit till veges are soft. Mix in rice. Once done mixing add a two big spoons of wellingtons or any other sweet chilli sauce. Garnish with fried onions.
