INGREDIENTS
Grilled Brinjal Chips

Ingredients:
2 large brinjal (sliced and placed in lemon water)
2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon turmeric
Oil
METHOD
drain brinjal and spice the slices in 2 batches. Toss in spice and once coated place on oven trays, drizzle oil over, bake in oven on 220 deg, turning slices over once or twice until tender and cooked through.
Alternatively you may fry slices in shallow oil until the center is tender and skin is crispy
