2 chicken fillet cut into small cubes
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter)
3 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ground green chili
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste ( add after soup packets have been added)
1 big carrot grated
Handful of sweetcorn
1⁄2 cup chopped dhania (coriander) (coriander)
5 to 6 glasses water or more depending on how thick you like your soup to be.
1 packet knorr thick white onion soup
1 packet knorr thick vegetable soup
250ml fresh cream
In a pot add ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) the whole spices and ginger garlic and green chili and braise until you get aroma . Add chicken and peppers , allow this to cook on medium heat for 5 minutes . Add the carrots and corn. Cook till chicken is done.
Add 5 to 6 glass of boiling hot water. Mix together the 2 soup flavors and using hot water make a paste and add to soup. You may add about 2 cups water to paste if you feel you need to.Add the cream and dhania (coriander). Bring to a boil , then lower heat then let simmer for 10-15mins. Serve hot with roared breads.
