Red Velvet Cookies

RECIPE

Red Velvet Cookies 
110gr butter 
100ml oil 
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs 
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence 
1 tablespoon red food colouring 
2 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon maziena
2 tablespoon cocoa 
Pinch salt

Cream butter,oil and sugar till fluffy.Add eggs,vinegar, vanilla essence and colouring.Sift and mix in dry ingredients.dough must be sticky Form balls and bake for ±8 minutes.Drizzle white chocolate.
