INGREDIENTS
1 egg2 cups milk65g butter¾ cup semolina / taystee wheat4 tablespoon Klim (make paste with little milk)Elachie essence2 tablespoon almonds1 cup sugar1 tablespoon fresh cream
METHOD
Beat together the egg, milk, sugar, elachie essence and Cream. Melt butter in a heavy based pot, add in the milk mixture and simmer till it thickens slightly, add in the almonds, semolina and klim and mix with a wooden spoon on low heat for approx 10 minutes. Steam on low with the lid closed for another 10 minutes or alternatively put it in the oven for approx 15-20 minutes on 180'C.
