½ cup nestle dessert cream 2 eggs 3 Tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder ¼ teaspoon saffron1 cup water 1 ½ cup Semolina or Tasty Wheat150g butter 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods- pressed open 2 Cinnamon Sticks ½ cup salted Caramel ( I used homemade caramel but caramel treat can also be used, just add ½ to 1 teaspoon salt... depending on your taste preference)
Add dessert cream,eggs,sugar, Elachi (cardomom) powder, saffron, and water into a blender. Blend till combined. In a pot add butter, Elachi (cardomom) pods and cinnamon sticks. Once butter has melted add in semolina- mix together and allow the semolina to toast for about 1 minutes. Now add in your blended mixture and mix to combine. When soji (semolina) just begins to thicken add ½ cup heaped salted caramel. Mix till combined and texture becomes soji (semolina) like. Take off heat,drizzle with more caramel and serve.
