INGREDIENTS
2 tin condense milk
500g desiccated coconut-take out
A handful to colour
1 teaspoon elachie powder
Hand of almonds
2 tablespoon thill (sesame seeds)
1 cup soji (semolina)
METHOD
Roast soji (semolina) in ¼ block butter.Drop into a dish. Roast coconut in the same pot. Do not brown.Ad the elachie, roasted almonds, thill (sesame seeds), condense milk and form into balls.Roll in coloured coconut.
