4 eggs 🥚 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon caramel essence 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Beat together till light and creamyMix together ½ cup oil and ½ cup boiling water 💦 Sift in 1 ½ cup flour, 4 tablespoons cocoa , 3 teaspoon baking powder , 1 teaspoon sifted coffee Add oil mixture and fold quickly and lightly🧁Pour in greased cupcake pan and place a Rolo in the center of each cupcake Bake at 180 for 10 minutes Icing :125 grams white butter 1 ½ cups icing sugar Beat together and then add4 tablespoon caramel treat 1 teaspoon caramel essence 1 tablespoon condensed milk
Pipe over cupcakes and drizzle chocolate

Pour half a ice cream scoop in each cup otherwise they rise too high
Add icing sugar to make sure the icing is a bit thick.👌
