1 ½ cup semolina
Braise with 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter), 2 elachie, 2 cinnamon sticks until pink.
Mix 1 cup milk, 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup ultramel custard, 1 tablespoon custard powder, elachie powder, a pinch of saffron, a drop of egg yellow. Mix well and add to suji. Add sugar to taste.
Stir once and leave to steam until done about 15mins. Before serving, mix cream with custard and drizzle over.
Sprinkle almonds and serve
